Welcome to my personal blog, where I share my journey as a caregiver to my husband with a Traumatic Brain Injury. My story is full of ups and downs, and I am committed to sharing it all — the good, the bad, and everything in between. My ultimate goal is to provide hope and support to others who may be going through a similar experience. Join me on this journey, and together we can make a difference in the lives of those affected by caregiving for a loved one with a TBI.

In addition to sharing my caregiving story, I am also passionate about accessible travel. Being able to explore new places and experience new things is so important, and I want to help make that possible for everyone, regardless of ability.
